I wasn't feeling well recently, I have
colds and a sore throat that seem to be hanging around for a while. I was
thinking that gee even if I try to have a healthy lifestyle, I still get sick. No one really is immune to any kind of sickness. Other people are
perhaps more prone to it and others have strong resistance to some kind of
illnesses but certainly, we cannot be spared from sickness at some point in our
lives. However, we can at least do
something to prevent it or at least reduce the risk of getting it. As I was browsing through the internet I found useful resources on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I have compiled some of them below:
